If you phoned a business and an assistant answered, that call may have been recorded and written down. You can have all of it deleted right here — you don't need an account and you don't need to contact the business.

We'll text a 6-digit code to that number. That's how we make sure it's really you — otherwise anyone could delete someone else's records.

What gets deleted

The recording of your call, the written transcript, the summary, and your name, address and any notes taken about you. We also stop texting you.

What stays

If you booked a job, the business keeps their own record that it happened — the date and what it was for — the same as they would for any customer, and the same as their accountant would expect. That record has no recording, no transcript and no contact details in it.

Why we text you a code

So that only you can delete your records. Without it, anyone who knew your number could erase them.
