Works with what you already have.

No rip-and-replace, no IT project. cheaply sits behind your existing number and runs the front desk from there — everything it needs is built in.

Your phone line — any carrier

cheaply sits behind your existing number via call forwarding, which works with every major carrier — Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and the rest. Forward always, or only when you can't answer. Prefer a clean start? We provision a dedicated business line instead.

Texting, built in

Missed-call text-back, booking confirmations, reminders, and full two-way SMS conversations run on cheaply's own text infrastructure. Nothing to connect — it's on from day one.

A schedule that owns availability

Bookings land on cheaply's built-in schedule — the source of truth for what's open, with conflict checks so two callers can never double-book the same slot. Your jobs, arrival windows, and hours live in your dashboard.

Integration FAQ

The practical questions.

Do I need new hardware or a new phone?
No. cheaply is entirely cloud-side — your existing phones, existing number, and existing carrier keep working exactly as they do today.
How does call forwarding work?
You dial a short code from your business phone (each carrier publishes its own — it takes about two minutes) and calls route to cheaply. You can forward everything, or only calls you don't pick up. Turning it off is the same two minutes.
Can cheaply sync with Google Calendar?
Not yet — it's in development. Today, bookings live on cheaply's built-in schedule, which your whole team can see in the dashboard. Calendar sync will mirror those bookings out as a downstream copy once it ships.
Does it integrate with my field-service software?
Not today. cheaply is deliberately self-contained — calls, texts, bookings, and customer records in one place — so there's nothing to wire up before going live. Tell us what you run on and we'll factor it into the roadmap.
What happens to my number if I cancel?
Your number was never ours to hold — you simply remove the forwarding and calls ring your phone directly again. If we provisioned a dedicated number for you, you can port it out.

Nothing to install. Nothing to migrate.

Forward your line and the front desk is live — usually the same day.
